Job Summary

Chef responsible for preparing South and North Indian dishes across all departments, including starters, main courses, and desserts, under the guidance of the Head Chef. Ensures quality and timely food preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily food orders accurately according to established recipes to maintain consistent quality
• Cook dishes efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to meet restaurant demand and customer satisfaction
• Apply deep knowledge of South and North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine to execute authentic dishes
• Develop and propose new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the restaurant’s offerings
• Follow directions precisely to replicate restaurant dishes as per recipe standards
• Support food preparation for event catering when required, ensuring quality and presentation standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related culinary field
• Diploma in any field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Culinary certifications to enhance cooking expertise and professional skills

Other Information

• Full-time position with 6 working days per week and 12-hour shifts daily
