FULL-TIME BEAUTY SALON RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT - #1170560

Gentle Co. Skin & Brows (formally #1 Beauty) is an established beauty salon in Bishan with over 30 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. We are looking for afriendly, organised and service-oriented Full-Time Receptionist to joinour team.

NO hard selling or selling of packages required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and attend to customers warmly and professionally
• Manage appointment bookings using our booking system
• Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp
• Handle customer payments and issue receipts
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Assist with simple administrative duties and daily salon operations
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to converse confidently in English and Mandarin to communicate with our English- and Mandarin-speaking customers
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable learning to use appointment booking software
• Friendly, responsible and organised with good communication skills
• Eager to learn and able to work well as part of a team
• Customer service or receptionist experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore

WORKING HOURS

• 5-day work week
• Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays are compulsory working days
• Work 3 weekdays + Saturday + Sunday
• 2 rest days on weekdays

WHAT WE OFFER

• Monthly salary: $2,000 – $2,500, depending on experience
