M&E Quantity Surveyor
* Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions.
* Prepare and submit progress claims.
* Review and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage variation orders (VO) and additional works.
* Monitor project costs, budgets and profitability.
* Handle subcontractor accounts and payment claims.
* Prepare project costing and final accounts.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
* Assist in contract administration and other QS-related duties.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
