Human factors Engineer - #1170508

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties and office coordination.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with payroll and CPF submissions.
• Prepare GST reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative and accounting experience in Singapore.
• Familiar with Singapore accounting practices, GST, CPF, and payroll.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel India and UAE to work
