Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant - #1170474

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our team.

Working Location: Woodlands 11 area, Singapore

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper accounting records
• Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports
• Assist with GST preparation and submission
• Assist with year-end closing, audit and tax matters
• Maintain proper filing and supporting documentation
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Willing to work in the Woodlands 11 area
• Prior exposure to the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
