Position Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and increasing sales of marine navigation, communication maritime solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with principals, technical teams, and customers to develop tailored solutions that meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, ship management companies, shipyards, offshore operators, government agencies, and marine service providers.

Promote and sell marine navigation, communication, satellite connectivity, and bridge equipment solutions.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and service agreements.

Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and project handover.

Achieve individual sales targets, revenue growth, and gross margin objectives.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging maritime technologies.

Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at maritime exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and monthly business development reports.

Develop strategic account plans for key customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
