Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Quality (5D | East | Aerospace) - #1170446

Job Summary

Lead and support quality assurance across end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring material integrity, regulatory compliance, supplier quality and continuous improvement within an aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality controls across receiving, warehousing, inventory and material handling activities.
• Maintain proper traceability, integrity and compliance of aircraft parts and materials.
• Manage supplier quality issues and discrepancy reports, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, risk assessments and process compliance checks.
• Drive root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality performance and support supplier audits.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support and guide the Quality Engineer while promoting a strong quality and product safety culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Maintenance.
• Aerospace / aviation / regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience in QMS, supplier quality, investigations and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of CAAS SAR-145, EASA Part-145 and/or AS9110 is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
