【Responsibilities】

• Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to understand research needs and commission structured research projects.
• Manage the execution of research projects and the creation of high-quality outputs in line with the agreed client brief.
• Facilitate the appropriate use of AI tools and human resources to maximize speed without compromising quality.
• Identify and apply appropriate internal tools and techniques to conduct robust advertising research and supporting analysis.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research, including designing experiments to isolate and measure target variables.
• Write and commission surveys, and assess survey respondent data to ensure a robust and representative sample aligned with client needs.
• Apply statistical techniques, including cluster analysis and LLM-driven text analysis, to identify patterns and performance insights.
• Conduct consumer sentiment and trend analysis for brands and campaigns using strategic analysis frameworks, social insight tools, and LLMs.
• Combine multiple data points into cohesive and impactful stories, identifying the hierarchy, associations, and strength of findings in relation to the client brief.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders through responsive and effective delivery communication.
• Provide reports and recommendations that go beyond individual studies by drawing on marketing theory, competitor analysis, and historical research.
• Support business growth by developing materials and participating in pitches.
• Contribute to company culture through knowledge sharing, training, mentoring, and celebrating the success of others.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Communications, an applied quantitative field, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Advertising Research, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience managing quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Experience designing research methodologies and unbiased surveys to generate actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to support research and analysis.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

(Advantageous)

• Highly advanced data skills and experience interrogating databases and systems using SQL, and/or other tools or data integrations to obtain answers.
• Experience with R, Python, or advanced statistical techniques (e.g. Cluster Analysis, Regression Analysis).
• Experience in advertising effectiveness, creative testing, consumer insights, brand/media research, or behavioural science.
• Experience using social listening platforms, AI-powered research tools, or prompt engineering.
• Professional certifications such as MRS or AI-related certifications.
