Assistant Club Manager- Private Dining Rooms - #1170328

Job Purpose

Supports daily Club management with functional ownership of Private Dining Room operations and the planning and delivery of private dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as duty manager when assigned and support overall Club operations.

● Oversee day-to-day PDR operations and member requirements.

● Coordinate function details, menus, wine, room setup and special requests.

● Conduct operational briefings for PDR functions.

● Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Wine, Bar, Events and Operations.

● Ensure rooms are prepared to standard before member arrival.

● Monitor service delivery and manage last-minute changes professionally.

● Conduct post-event follow-up and communicate feedback.

● Maintain PDR equipment, supplies and presentation standards.

● Identify opportunities to improve PDR utilisation and member experience.

Requirements

● Relevant supervisory/management experience in premium hospitality or private dining.

● Strong event/service planning, member-relations and attention-to-detail skills.

● Good leadership, communication and cross-department coordination.

● Ability to work flexible operational hours.
