School Receptionist cum Student Wellness Assistant - #1170312

Working Hours (Strictly No Weekends/Public Holidays)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Front Counter & Stakeholder Support: Manage the school reception counter, answer telephone calls, and enthusiastically attend to walk-in queries from parents, students, teachers, and visitors.
• First Aid & Sick Bay Management: Provide immediate first-aid care to unwell or injured students. Take charge of the first-aid room including cleaning, stock-taking, and packing medical supplies.
• Administrative Logistics: Compile data and prepare administrative reports, including the student meal voucher report and wellness cove injury report.
• Inventory & Operations: Maintain the lost and found inventory system. Pack and distribute brochures, booklets, and souvenirs for school staff and students.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Vice-Principal (Administration) and General Office team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Experience: Minimally 3 years of prior experience working in a Singapore Primary School setting is strictly mandatory.
• Qualifications: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent.
• Certifications: Must hold a valid First Aid certificate with CPR and AED certification.
• Core Skills: Exceptional multitasking and time-management capabilities. Fluent communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Personal Attributes: Patient, calm under pressure, and highly comfortable working closely with young primary school children
