Key Responsibilities

Brand Communications & Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of brand and commercial initiatives across key product categories, including Running, Training, and Football.
• Assist in the delivery of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
• Coordinate social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, brand activations, and community engagement programmes to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Influencer & Community Management

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and brand partners to support campaign objectives.
• Support product seeding programmes, photoshoots, content development, and community engagement activities.
• Assist in the management and growth of local brand communities through events, partnerships, and engagement initiatives.

Membership & CRM Operations

• Support day-to-day membership operations and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in the execution of membership campaigns, loyalty programmes, and CRM initiatives to drive member acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate member communications and stakeholder requests relating to CRM activities and campaigns.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Liaise with social media, creative, media, and marketing agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Retail, Wholesale, Finance, and Corporate Communications functions to support business objectives.
• Provide support to wholesale partners by coordinating brand communication materials, marketing toolkits, and campaign assets.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Manage purchase order (PO) processing, invoice administration, budget tracking, and campaign documentation.
• Support contract administration, voucher and credit reconciliation, and updates to campaign terms and conditions.
• Coordinate brand partner visits, store activations, and related marketing logistics.
• Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects, business initiatives, and operational requirements as assigned.
