Lead Pet Groomer | From $4,000/month - #1170235

We're looking for an experienced groomer to join us as the Lead Groomer of a new boutique grooming studio in River Valley. You'll take ownership of grooming quality and day-to-day grooming operations, while working closely with the founders to shape workflows, standards and the client experience from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for an experienced groomer who wants more ownership, career progression and a genuine say in how a grooming studio is run.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full and breed-specific grooming services to a consistently high standard

• Handle pets with patience, confidence, and care, especially anxious or sensitive dogs

• Maintain high hygiene, safety, and grooming quality standards

• Help shape grooming workflows, appointment flow, and overall client experience

• Support and mentor junior groomers as the team grows

• Communicate professionally and warmly with pet owners, including flagging any health or skin concerns

• Work closely with the founders to build a studio culture we can all be proud of

About you

• Singaporean/PRs/Malaysian

• At least 3 years of grooming experience and able to work independently

• SKC/DGA Class C certification is a strong bonus

• Comfortable with full grooms across common dog breeds such as Poodles, Maltese, Shih Tzus, Corgis, and Goldens

• Cat grooming experience is a bonus

• Calm and confident handling skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work

• Friendly communication skills with both clients and teammates

• Any managerial or team management experience is a plus

• High salary above market rate starting at minimum of $4.0K. Potential to earn up to $4.7k based on experience level. Full CPF contributions + AWS
