MEGAN REALTY CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED

  • Well established company since 2008 and working in quiet office with only 2 to 3 staffs at Chinatown Point's office

  • Director's personal administrator & accountant

  • prepare invoices via Xero software - (estimated 100 invoices per year)

  • issue payments and key in expenses via Xero software

  • prepare quarterly GST submission to pay GST to IRAS

  • prepare monthly CPF submission for director and 2 office staffs

  • prepare payment vouchers for all expenses, bills and salary to be approved by director

  • maintain book keeping for full set of account via Xero software

  • prepare Tenancy Agreement (template provided) and ensure all Tenancy paper works are received for each case (estimated about 20 to 40 per year)

  • Log in myMOM portal to check Tenancy Agreement’s occupiers hold valid passes

  • Log in IRAS to do stamping of Tenancy Agreement

  • Log in site to retrieve property ownership search

  • Log in CEA website to update Director’s sale and leasing transactions ( estimated 100 transactions per year )

  • filing and scan records into company D drive

  • man office and manage office matters - office for 2 to 3 staffs only

  • Once a year to log in AIS – Auto Inclusion scheme for Employment Income to update 2 to 3 staffs' salary
