Marketing Executive — Digital Marketing & Content - #1170197

Sevens Group Singapore is seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to

support our digital marketing, content production and property marketing activities.

This is primarily an execution and production-focused role. The successful candidate

will work closely with the commercial and marketing team to translate established

marketing directions into polished digital content and marketing materials.

The role will involve social media content creation, graphic design, short-form video

production, photography coordination, website updates and preparation of marketing

materials for the company's property portfolio.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating and producing content, rather than a

purely strategic marketing role.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Production

• Create engaging digital content for the company's property portfolio andcorporate brand.
• Produce social media graphics, property advertisements, digital banners and other marketing creatives.
• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Edit property videos, reels and other video content including basic transitions, subtitles, music and graphics.
• Resize and adapt creative materials across different digital formats and platforms.
• Assist with basic property photography and videography where required.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers and creative vendors for larger productions.

Social Media Execution

• Prepare and publish approved content across the company's social media platforms.
• Maintain the company's content calendar based on directions provided bymanagement.
• Prepare captions, property information and supporting content for posts.
• Ensure social media accounts remain active, updated and visually consistent.
• Assist with monitoring basic engagement and performance of published content.
• Support paid digital advertising campaigns by preparing creative assets and campaign materials.

Property Marketing Materials

• Assist in producing and updating property brochures, sales decks, EDMs, advertisements and digital listings.
• Prepare marketing materials for new property launches agent previews and open houses.
• Update property photographs, floor plans, specifications and sales information when required.
• Ensure property information across marketing channels is accurate and consistent.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day creative and marketing requests.

Website & Digital Platforms

• Assist with updating property listings and content on the company's website.
• Upload and maintain photographs, videos, property information and project updates.
• Ensure sold properties, new launches and pricing information are updated promptly.
• Assist with basic website content management and coordination with external web developers where necessary.

Design & Brand Execution

• Produce marketing materials in accordance with Sevens Group's established brand direction.
• Maintain consistency in typography, imagery, layouts and overall presentation.
• Assist with presentation decks, corporate materials and event collateral.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital library of photographs, videos, logos, floor plans and marketing assets.

Marketing & Event Support

• Support property launches, open houses, agent events and corporate activities.
• Assist with event photography, video content and social media coverage.
• Coordinate printing and production of brochures, signage, banners and other physical marketing materials.
• Liaise with printers, designers, photographers, videographers and other vendors when required.
