Site Project Management Officer [Govt] - #1170165

• Location: Clarke Quay
• Work Timing: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: $2,900 per month + Transport Allowance
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site works involving equipment structures, installations, facilities, and equipment deployments.
• Coordinate procurement and availability of required resources for site activities.
• Review work schedules and method statements to ensure readiness before site works.
• Coordinate with contractors, project teams, government/utility agencies, and subcontractors for site activities and meetings.
• Supervise ongoing site works to ensure compliance with regulations, by-laws, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Oversee site reinstatement and handover works upon completion of site activities.
• Monitor and coordinate system testing activities, including test schedules, resources, and contractor progress.
• Conduct testing island-wide during both office and off-office hours, including night testing.
• Ensure timely submission of test data, results, and reports by contractors for review and analysis.
• Participate in test review meetings, prepare meeting records, and support site handover exercises.
• Address and resolve unexpected issues or difficulties arising during site works and system testing.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the area of system testing and/or managing and coordinating works on site, including the supervision of installation and maintenance of electrical equipment or civil infrastructure, and coordination with government/utility agencies and other contractors.
• Comfortable to travel daily between office and sites and perform night work (from 9pm to 6am) based on project needs.
• Good to possess Class 3 driving licence.
