reparing and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
Developing and update resources (manpower, equipment's and materials) availability, production and construction sequences
Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant
Execute mechanical and electrical works in project.
To ensure projects meet client’s quality standards and timely complete.
