Job Summary

Provide professional beauty and skincare treatments while recommending suitable products and services to meet client needs. Maintain hygiene standards and deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Support daily salon operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty and skincare treatments to clients following established protocols to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Assess client needs by consulting and recommending appropriate beauty treatments and skincare products to enhance results
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards by regularly sanitizing work areas and tools to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Provide attentive customer service by addressing client inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction and experience
• Support daily salon operations by assisting with assigned tasks to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Entry-level candidates with CIDESCO, CIBTAC, Nitec, Higher Nitec in Beauty & Wellness, or other relevant beauty certifications are welcome to apply
