Business Development Executive (Cyber-security) - #1170085

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive (Cyber-security) to join the team and support the growth of cybersecurity solutions across Singapore and the wider APAC region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop their expertise within the cybersecurity industry.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and support the development of new markets and solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and leverage internal expertise to deliver a consultative approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and APAC.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects and strategic partners.

• Understand client needs and position appropriate cybersecurity solutions through a consultative sales approach.

• Work with technical and internal teams to develop tailored solutions and commercial proposals.

• Identify potential partnerships, new markets and opportunities for business growth.

• Support sales activities from initial prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and closing.

• Monitor market trends and competitive developments within the cybersecurity sector.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and execute initiatives efficiently and independently.

• Contribute to the overall business development strategy and growth objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or client relationship management is preferred.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and translate client needs into solutions.

• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve.

• Innovative and open-minded, with an interest in developing new partnerships, markets and business opportunities.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.

• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications or internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
