Insurance Solutions Support (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the Role

Join Private Bank's Wealth Planning, Family Office & Insurance Solutions team and gain exposure to the insurance and wealth planning needs of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, entrepreneurs and family offices.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how sophisticated insurance solutions are structured and implemented while working alongside experienced insurance specialists and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of insurance cases, from quotation to policy issuance and servicing.

• Prepare policy illustrations, comparisons and client presentation materials in English and Chinese.

• Coordinate with insurers, medical providers, Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth case execution.

• Track case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.

• Support business reporting, pipeline tracking and management insights.

• Participate in projects to improve processes, digitalisation and client experience.

• Assist in client events and insurance-related initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to read and write Chinese, as the role involves reviewing and preparing Chinese quotations and materials.
