Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Sales Strategy & P&L Ownership
Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with iMin's global growth objectives, market positioning and competitive landscape.
Own the assigned region sales P&L — set revenue targets, forecasts and budgets, and report progress against KPIs to global leadership.
Localize global sales playbooks and pricing frameworks to the local market conditions while keeping regional KPIs aligned with iMin's global strategy.
Use data analytics and OKR tools to track sales performance and adjust strategy and resourcing accordingly.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team (Regional Sales Managers,Sales Director, Channel Account Managers).
Set individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and build a culture of accountability, ownership and collaboration.
Build the regional organization structure as headcount scales, in partnership with HR and global leadership.
3. Channel & Partner Development
Build, negotiate and manage a network of distributors, resellers, VARs and system integrators.
Develop partnerships with ISVs, payment processors and food-delivery platforms relevant to iMin's POS/AIDC hardware ecosystem.
Monitor and optimize channel partner performance against jointly agreed targets.
4. Client Engagement & Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic accounts (F&B chains, retail brands, hospitality groups).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, RFPs and strategic partnerships to expand iMin's footprint in the region.
Represent iMin at major industry trade shows and conferences (e.g. NRF, RSPA RetailNOW).
5. Market & Competitive Analysis
Track the competitive landscape, their channel partners and relevant industry/regulatory trends (payment standards, PCI compliance).
Feed market intelligence back to global Product and Marketing teams to inform the roadmap and regional positioning.
6. Sales Enablement & Process Optimization
Implement CRM and sales-analytics tools, training programs and sales collateral tailored to the local market.
Continuously assess and improve the regional sales process for efficiency, scalability and forecast accuracy.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with global Product, Marketing, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, Customer Support and Finance teams to align regional execution with the global roadmap.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in North America or EMEA, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role (VP/Director level), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Prior experience selling POS/AIDC hardware, commercial IoT devices or related technology (payment terminals, kiosks, digital signage) strongly preferred; experience at or partnering with POS hardware companies or their distributors, system integrators, or delivery platforms is a strong plus.
Established network and credibility within POS / retail-technology / payments ecosystem.
Demonstrated success building and managing distributor, reseller and channel-partner networks.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with CRM/sales-analytics tools.
Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills, including experience scaling a team from the ground up.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable collaborating cross-culturally with a globally distributed HQ team.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA a plus.
