Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, trade events, and referral partnerships.
• Build trusted advisor relationships by conducting in-depth needs assessments and proposing tailored solutions.
• Manage and grow key accounts to achieve high retention and sustained revenue growth.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and negotiate accurate proposals, quotations, and service-level agreements aligned to client requirements.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize account value and profitability.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Oversee project timelines, resolve issues proactively, and ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Conduct post-project reviews to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the commercial printing or packaging industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, finishing techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Self-driven, well-organized, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
