E-Commerce Sales & Operations Executive - #1169956

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple online marketplace accounts
• Reply to customer enquiries and close sales
• Create and maintain product listings
• Manage online advertisements and promotions
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records
• Update stock quantities after every sale
• Monitor stock levels and arrange purchase/replenishment of new stock
• Support warehouse walk-in sales and maintain attractive product displays
• Coordinate with part-time sales staff when required
• Prepare monthly sales reports including revenue, expenses and net profit
• Track best-selling and slow-moving products
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Sales-driven with good customer communication skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Able to prepare, organise and analyse sales and inventory data in Excel
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Retail, e-commerce or sales experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with e-commerce or online marketplaces is an advantage
