The Role

We're looking for a Senior Barista to anchor our coffee programme at the new venue.You'll set the standard, support the training of junior team members, and make sure every cup that leaves the bar is one worth coming back for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee to a consistently high standard across all formats

• Set and uphold quality and consistency benchmarks for the café shift

• Support the training of baristas and all-rounders on coffee technique and product knowledge

• Manage coffee inventory, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness of the bar area

• Work with management on seasonal offerings and menu updates

• Support AM operations and opening procedures

• Maintain a welcoming and professional café environment throughout service

Who YouAre

• 2 to 4 years of specialty coffee experience with demonstrated seniority or mentorship experience

• Strong technical skills across espresso, milk work, and manual brew

• Latte art proficiency expected — consistency is non-negotiable

• You take pride in the cup and in the people around you

• Organised, reliable, and comfortable setting the standard for a team

• Experience in a new venue opening is a strong plus
