Kitchen Crew — Japanese Restaurant, Tanjong Pagar - #1169781

We're a small Japanese sushi restaurant looking for full-time kitchen crew. If you've worked in a Japanese kitchen before, you'll start higher and move faster. If you haven't, we'll train you from the basics — what matters is that you show up and take the work seriously.

What you'll do

• Food prep: washing, cutting, portioning, mise en place
• Plating dishes to our standard
• Dishwashing and kitchen hygiene
• Receiving and storing deliveries

Requirements

• Singaporean or PR only
• Able to stand through your shift and keep a clean station
• English. Japanese language is not required

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience in a Japanese restaurant kitchen — sushi, izakaya, ramen, donburi, teppanyaki, or a Japanese F&B chain
• Any professional kitchen experience
• Comfortable with a Japanese knife

Pay & benefits

• $3,000 – $4,000 per month
• CPF, annual leave, medical leave, public holidays
• Staff meal every shift
