Program Support Executive - #1169731

We are looking for a Program Support Executive in SINGAPORE to provide administrative and operational support to our strategic sourcing program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating communications with designated supplier groups
• Following up on purchase orders and order status
• Tracking and coordinating inspection reports with suppliers
• Assisting in the creation and processing of Purchase Orders
• Monitoring and following up on payment status
• Supporting the quotation review process and providing feedback where appropriate
• Assisting with supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and related activities

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing support, supply chain, or a related administrative function
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions effectively
