Business Analyst – (Collections / Credit) l 6-month contract - #1169690

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows for system enhancements.
• Act as the Consumer Credit and Collections subject matter expert (SME).
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive project delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates and help resolve issues and blockers.
• Assess customer impacts of proposed system changes and enhancements.
• Support UAT planning, test script preparation, testing coordination, and validation of business requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst role.
• Experience with system implementation, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Consumer Credit and Collections processes is good to have.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
