We’re looking to add a Engineer, Design (Mold Design)  in Singapore. The position will be based in our Univac Site in Woodlands.

As an Engineer, Design, you will

Support the Design team in mold design, 2D/3D drawing updates, DFM documentation, and design administration. This traineeship provides fresh graduates with practical exposure to precision tooling, plastic injection mold design, engineering documentation, and cross-functional project support under senior designer supervision.

• Assist in 2D/3D mold design updates, layout drawings, BOM, and component details.
• Support DFM review, drawing checking, tolerance verification, and design documentation.
• Maintain design records, templates, component libraries, and engineering change updates.
• Coordinate with Project, Tooling, Manufacturing, and QA teams for design follow-up.
• Follow internal design standards, customer requirements, and document control practices.
• Perform other design support tasks assigned by the Design Manager or senior engineers

What skills and experiences are we looking

• Fresh graduate from ITE, Polytechnic, or University in Mechanical / Precision / Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, mechanical design, and CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Exposure to mold design, tooling, machining, manufacturing, or injection molding will be an advantage.
• Good learning attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to receive guidance.
• Able to read basic technical drawings and support design documentation accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills for reports, tracking, and documentation.
• Responsible, organized, and able to follow procedures and customer requirements.
