The role provides technical and project coordination across the EPC Topsides Subcontractor, FPSO integration yard, equipment vendors, third-party rotating equipment specialists, and other project stakeholders. The position ensures that the package is fully defined, engineered, procured, prepared, and executed in accordance with project requirements, applicable engineering standards, class requirements, and agreed schedule and quality expectations.
During the pre-Yard EPC phase, the role coordinates design close-out, construction work pack development, procurement of replacement instruments and equipment, fabrication of new pipework and valves, and preparation and shipment of compressor/motor components, pumps, heat exchangers, and associated equipment to the FPSO integration yard.
During the project FEED phase, the Project Package Coordinator led a multidisciplinary inspection team to establish the scope required to restore the previously mothballed gas compression and treatment packages to full operating status. This included developing SOR work packs for ITT submissions to global EPC topsides bidders and preparing a comprehensive General Condition Assessment report.

• Coordinate engineering deliverables, design reviews, technical queries, design sign-off, and resolution of multidisciplinary technical interfaces.
• Coordinate procurement, refurbishment, inspection, preservation, and logistics of compressors, motors, pumps, heat exchangers, instruments, valves, piping, and associated equipment.
• Ensure construction work packs are complete and execution-ready, including drawings, specifications, materials, procedures, inspection requirements, and HSE documentation.
• Act as the package focal point during shipyard construction, coordinating installation, fabrication, equipment overhaul, testing, and reinstatement activities.
• Monitor package progress, schedule, risks, interfaces, technical queries, changes, and deliverables, taking proactive action to resolve issues and maintain project milestones.
• Coordinate construction completion activities including inspections, testing, punch-listing, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support.
• Ensure field changes, technical deviations, as-built information, vendor documentation, certificates, and inspection/test records are properly completed and incorporated into the final package dossier.
• Coordinate final package handover and acceptance, ensuring all technical, quality, documentation, and operational requirements are closed out.

• Demonstrable experience across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities, preferably on brownfield, refurbishment, or life-extension projects.
• Experience with rotating equipment and associated systems, including compressors, motors, pumps, heat exchangers, piping, valves, and instrumentation.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, shipyards, equipment vendors, specialist subcon-tractors, and multidisciplinary international teams.
