Resident Technical Officer (C&S) - #1169617

Responsibilities：

• Review all project drawingsand specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems beforeconstruction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire courseof the project
• Supervise the constructionand related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works arecarried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketchesand site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and projectconsultants
• Ensure that the contractorscarry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations,Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and governmentagencies
• Observe and comply with sitesafety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carriedout in a safe and proper manner
• Supervision of all civil& structural engineering works as required under the project and mandatedunder the Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person(Supervision), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshopsand presentations where required.
• Conductall Architectural & M&E testing prior to TOP
• Inspect and conduct lockup inspection before handing over to owner

Requirements：

• Diploma/NCCS in CivilEngineering discipline
• Registered as ResidentTechnical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
• Possess 3 years of RTOexperience in supervision of Building works (piling, structural andarchitectural works)
• Experience in high-riseresidential projectsFamiliar with industry Actsand Regulations.
