Alongside the professional range, we supply a clinic-exclusive homecare range — drug-free, GMP-manufactured in Singapore, that keeps patients on protocol between visits.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Medical Sales Representative to expand our professional network across Singapore. The role has two clear revenue pillars:

1. Open and grow clinic accounts for the Ossome Pro Exo professional range among aesthetic doctors, dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
2. Build in-clinic retail by placing and growing the Ossome homecare range inside those accounts — display placement, staff training, and patient attach at the point of consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Professional range (Ossome Pro Exo)

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow adoption of the Ossome Professional Series within aesthetic and surgical practices.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with aesthetic doctors, dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
• Identify new business opportunities and open new clinic accounts.
• Conduct product presentations, protocol training and ongoing clinical support.

Homecare range (clinic retail)

• Introduce and place the Ossome homecare range — MINOX (thinning and regrowth, including post-transplant regrowth support), KERAPAIR (sensitive scalps from chemical exposure and chemically-treated hair) and AZOLEI (oily, itchy, flaky and reactive scalps) — across shampoo, conditioner and scalp essence formats.
• Install and merchandise retail displays, and train patient-facing clinic staff (therapists, coordinators, reception) to recommend the right range with confidence.
• Grow attach rate and reorder volume per account; manage stock counts, replenishment and sampling programmes.
• Position the homecare range as the clinic's own recurring revenue line — clinic-exclusive, drug-free, and complementary to the doctor's treatment plan rather than competing with it.

Across both

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate account records and provide regular pipeline and performance reporting to management.
• Represent Ossome at clinical talks, trade events and partner activities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device or professional skincare/haircare.
• An existing network and established contacts with aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, hair transplant and plastic surgeons in Singapore is essential.
• Comfortable selling both a clinical protocol and a retail range — able to talk science to a doctor and commercial return to a clinic owner.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field preferred.
• Willing to travel across Singapore for clinic visits; own transport is an advantage.
