• Must provide the required investment and financial documentation for verification.
• Should maintain confidentiality and act in the best interests of the company.
• Previous experience in construction, real estate, investment, finance, or business management will be an advantage.

Investment Responsibilities

The Investor/Administration Director will:

• Invest the agreed amount of funds into the company as per the approved investment agreement.
• Monitor the utilization of invested funds.
• Participate in major financial and business decisions.
• Support the company in identifying new projects and investment opportunities.
• Assist in business expansion, financial planning, and strategic development.
• Monitor project profitability and return on investment.
• Maintain transparency and accountability in all investment-related matters.
