Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Fridays: 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Key Roles

• Prepare, set up, and clear apparatus and materials for Science/Maths practical lessons and Makerspace sessions.

• Provide technical support; assist with risk assessments.

• Keep labs, prep room, and Makerspace clean, safe, organised, and secure.

• Maintain scientific instruments and ensure supplies are accessible.

• Assist with resource establishment, maintenance, stock-taking, and reordering.

• Arrange maintenance and repair of equipment; upkeep records and logs.

• Perform admin tasks – maintain inventory, prepare labels/posters, liaise with vendors for quotations.

• Operate and maintain basic office equipment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous with good planning and organising abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
