Job Summary

This part time on-site role at St Anne's Mother & Child Centre, Mount Alvernia Hospital, involves supporting patient care through managing enquiries, booking appointments, coordinating with departments, handling specimens, processing payments, and completing insurance paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient enquiries promptly to provide clear and accurate information
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow
• Coordinate with departments such as radiology, operating theatre, and pathology to ensure smooth patient care processes
• Handle care and dispatch of specimens accurately to support diagnostic procedures
• Process patient payments and manage administrative paperwork related to insurance claims
• Use basic IT tools such as WhatsApp, PDF files, and email to communicate and manage information
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a supportive and organized clinic environment
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with clinic procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred, but not essential

• Proficiency in English is a must; Ideal to have a second language- Chinese, Malay, or Bahasa to support communication with diverse patient groups
