*Urgent* HR Manager - East ( up to $7000) #NJE - #1169353

• Manage calculation of bi-monthly payroll (60 headcount) for both the company directors and employees,process by Giro payment or bank tele-graphic transfer
• Preparation & Submission of IR8A, IR8S,Appendix 8A, IR21,CPF & NS man pay leave for all expatriates,directors and employees
• Administer Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass applications, renewals, cancellation, levy waivers and work injury compensation matters
• Process applications of Permanent Resident for personnels
• Provide training to new hire or current office employees on usage of the accounting system whenever there is a new function develop
• Provide back-end support to the invoicing team as and when needed
• Work closely with other head of department personnel regarding updates and work flow of individual employee or other related matters
• Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding such as orientation, staff thumbprint, cancellation of work pass, issuance of visit pass, computation of final salary and tax clearance
• Preparation & issuance of employment, confirmation, termination, warning,retrenchment letters and appraisal to employees
• Monthly generate and submission of CPF contributions on CPF Website
• Submission of PIC claims on Business Grants Portal (BGP)
• Submission of annual income tax on the online portal of Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS)
• Manage recruitment process such as drafting& posting of job advertisement via online recruitment platform or newspaper, screening of resumes and arranging interview session according to hiring requirements
• Liaise with recruitment agencies in Singapore & Malaysia on recruitment of foreign workers from China, India,Malaysia
