Healthcare Assistant - #1169264

We are looking for a warm, reliable Healthcare Assistant to support our chiropractor and front-of-house operations. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and play a hands-on role in helping treatments run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the chiropractor during consultations and treatment sessions
• Take basic patient information and update records ahead of each consultation
• Guide patients through aftercare instructions and answer routine queries under the chiropractor's direction
• Support patients with mobility, comfort, and safety throughout their visit
• Liaise with the chiropractor on patient flow and follow-up bookings
• Support patient engagement activities such as appointment reminders and feedback collection

Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare, clinical support, or patient-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with patients of all ages
• Caring, patient, and detail-oriented
• Physically able to assist with patient positioning and mobility support
• Able to commit to full-time hours, 5 days a week
