Regional Supply Chain & Clinical Operations Manager (Medical Devices) - #1169217

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Border Supply Chain & Logistics (MedicalDevices)

• Direct the end-to-end transit of clear aligners between manufacturing facilities and clinics in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring zero disruption to patient treatment timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison with Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and Malaysian regulatory bodies to ensure all import/export of dental products meet strict compliance and safety standards.
• Manage customs documentation, tax processing, and freight forwarding partnerships to optimize the cross-border flow of medical devices.
• Ensure all logistics hubs and clinics strictly adhere to Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS).

2. Clinical Operations Management (Singapore &Malaysia)

• Oversee daily clinical operations across Dr Clear Aligner branches in both Singapore and Malaysia.
• Develop and implement standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinic staff, dental professionals, and customer service teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Manage regional P&L, tracking clinic performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth in both markets.

3. Supply Chain Integration & Vendor Management

• Integrate the manufacturing supply chain with clinical workflows, acting as the bridge between dental technicians and local clinical directors/orthodontists.
• Forecast demand across all regional facilities to optimize inventory levels of clinical consumables and clear aligner kits.
• Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with 3PL providers, couriers, and external warehouses to reduce regional shipping costs.

Requirements &Qualifications

• A Degree from a recognized university, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Law (LLB), or a related clinical field (e.g., Dental Surgery/Dental Studies).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, clinical operations, or healthcare administration.
• Deep understanding of Singapore (HSA) and Malaysia medical device regulations and cross-border customs clearance processes.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site clinic operations and supply chains across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing regional P&Ls and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical manufacturing teams and frontline dental professionals.
