Corporate Finance Manager (Real Estate) - #1169209

Position              : Manager, Corporate Finance

Address              : Central Business District

Salary range      : $7k to $10k + VB

Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance activities, including financial analysis, investment evaluation, funding exercises and capital structure review.

• Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, valuation analysis and investment returns analysis for potential acquisitions, divestments, developments or strategic projects.

• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking and competitor analysis to support business planning and investment recommendations.

• Assist in preparing management papers, board materials, presentation decks and reports for senior management review.

• Support treasury and financing matters, including loan documentation, refinancing, banking facility review and liaison with financial institutions.

• Monitor project financial performance, cash flow projections, funding requirements and investment returns.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Property Management and Business Development teams, to gather information and support project evaluation.

• Assist in due diligence exercises, transaction documentation and coordination with external parties such as banks, auditors, lawyers, valuers and consultants.

• Review financial statements, management accounts and key financial indicators to support corporate planning and decision-making.

• Track macroeconomic trends, interest rates, real estate market movements and regulatory updates that may impact the Group’s business.

• Support ad-hoc corporate finance, strategic planning and business analysis projects as assigned.
