About the Role

Join a 24/7 operations team that provides real-time decision support for autonomous vehicle operations. In this role, you will assess live operational situations, apply sound judgment, and deliver clear, safety-focused guidance to help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to real-time assistance requests from autonomous vehicle operations.

• Analyze live visual, mapping, and system data to assess situations and determine appropriate actions.

• Provide clear, concise, and safety-focused guidance in time-sensitive environments.

• Follow established safety protocols, operating procedures, and escalation processes.

• Accurately document interactions, decisions, and operational events.

• Escalate unusual situations, incidents, or operational risks when required.

• Partner with operations, product, engineering, and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities.

• Participate in training, simulations, certifications, and continuous learning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in dispatch, control center, fleet operations, transportation operations, public safety, aviation, logistics, or similar environments.

• Experience making decisions in fast-paced, real-time operational settings.

• Strong situational awareness and ability to assess evolving information quickly.

• Excellent problem-solving and judgment with a strong safety mindset.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and technology platforms.

• Comfortable working shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous systems, mapping tools, or technology-enabled operations.

• Familiarity with incident management, command center, or emergency response environments.

• Experience following structured SOPs and escalation frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
