Job Responsibilities

• Execute multi-modal shipments (Air, FCL, LCL, and Cross-Trade) from booking to final delivery.

• Verify critical shipping documents (BL, COO, shipping instructions) and oversee smooth customs permits/declarations.

• Verify vendor invoices against job sheets, process client billing, and maintain accurate system records.

• Secure vessel space, negotiate schedules with carriers, and liaise daily with clients and overseas agents.

• Coordinate local trucking, warehouse operations, and container stuffing for on-time delivery.

Requirements

• GCE N-Level, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.

• 1–2 years in freight forwarding operations preferred (Passionate  fresh graduates  are welcome to apply!).

• Familiarity with Incoterms, Bills of Lading (BL), FCL/LCL, and shipping documentation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
