Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

• Manage and supervise the project team

• Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

• Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works

• Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

• Supervise site plumbing installation.
• Raise purchase requisition

• Liaise with Project Manager

• Prepare documents for Plumbing testing

• Rectify and repair Plumbing issues at site

• Prepare and submit tender quotations

• Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

• Project planning, execute resource management and control

• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction

Plumbing Works

• Arrange and monitor work progress

• Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery.
