Technical Sales Engineer, Assistant Manager (Factory Automation industry) - #1169133

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and sales growth across Semiconductor Equipment, Factory Automation and Module Products.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions, managing quotations, negotiations, sales targets and CRM forecasts.
• Build and grow relationships with OEMs, EMS, System Integrators and End Users through account management, cross-selling and upselling.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations and technical solution support, working with internal teams on complex projects.
• Develop territory and account strategies, monitor competitors and provide market insights to support business planning and regional growth.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 6–8 years’ B2B technical sales experience in Factory/Industrial Automation or Semiconductor industries.
• Proven experience managing End Users, OEMs, EMS or System Integrators.
• Strong technical sales, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment qualification, FA components or precision machinery is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Willing to travel across ASEAN as required.
