Job Description & Requirements

Tender and Contract documents administration
Prepare BQ, cost estimation, cost control, and cost estimation
Responsible for quantity take-off, claim preparations, variations, and final accounts
Understand the market updates and construction cost trend
Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing
Strong leadership skill and work independent
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in Road Work / Civil Projects is an advantage
