FOOD SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER - #1169069

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Operations Consultant to help clients improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and enhance organisational performance. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' business operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct operational assessments, process mapping, and workflow analysis to recommend practical business solutions.
• Develop and implement operational improvement strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage consulting projects from planning through implementation.
• Prepare reports, business presentations, and recommendations based on research and operational findings.
• Monitor project progress and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Assist clients in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), performance metrics, and operational best practices.
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and data analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Provide training and change management support to facilitate the adoption of new operational processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality consulting services.
• Ensure consulting projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and operational best practices to provide value-added recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, business consulting, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements when required.
