About DeSuite

DeSuite is a Singapore-based enterprise fintech startup building the first settlement bridge connecting Oracle ERP to stablecoin payment rails. Oracle Fusion runs accounts payable for over 14,000 global enterprises moving billions in cross-border payments, yet has zero native stablecoin capability. The product is built, patent-pending, and ready for enterprise pilots.

The Role

You will be the first BD hire, working directly with the founder. Your focus is lead generation: getting DeSuite in front of the right enterprise stakeholders and booking the initial meeting. You initiate the relationship and schedule the call; the founder runs the live demo and closes the deal. No prior sales experience required — you will be trained and mentored directly by the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Outreach (50%): Execute personalised outreach to target enterprise accounts using playbooks, templates, and target lists provided by the founder.
• Events & Networking (25%): Represent DeSuite at fintech and enterprise technology events in Singapore. The founder may attend alongside you initially.
• Operations & Admin (25%): Support day-to-day operations, partner follow-ups, and lead tracking using our existing CRM and systems.

Who We Are Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (mandatory).
• Recent university or polytechnic graduate interested in enterprise fintech.
• We value hunger and resourcefulness over GPA.
• Excellent conversationalist comfortable engaging senior executives at professional events.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
• Proficient in English, LinkedIn, and Excel/Google Sheets.
