Job Summary

Our front-of-house crew delivers excellent customer service and hospitality, ensuring guests feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit. This role requires teamwork, passion for service, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Learn the restaurant layout and all food and beverage menu items to assist guests effectively
• Prepare pre-operation and side stations to ensure a smooth service start
• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Present menus and inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and menu changes
• Suggest menu items and upsell where appropriate to enhance guest experience
• Take guest orders accurately, noting any special requirements
• Enter orders into the POS system, ensuring all special requests are captured and communicated to the kitchen clearly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to the order sequence
• Monitor guests’ needs attentively to provide proactive service such as clearing plates, refilling glasses, and taking additional orders
• Check discreetly on guests’ dining experience and address any concerns promptly
• Close bills accurately and promptly using the POS system
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest queries, needs, and special requests
• Take ownership of guest feedback and collaborate with the F&B Manager to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Assist with stocktaking and pantry organization as needed
• Follow all restaurant safety and security policies, reporting any accidents or incidents immediately to management
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
