About the Role
AGPG ASIA PTE LTD is a fast-growing FMCG wholesale and e-commerce company supplying products across Singapore through multiple sales channels including wholesale, retail and online marketplaces.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our office and provide leadership across multiple departments.
This position is ideal for a mature leader who thrives in a fast-paced SME environment and is confident making decisions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Lead, coach and support department teams while maintaining high standards of accountability and professionalism.
Monitor operational performance, resolve day-to-day issues and ensure business objectives are achieved.
Review and improve workflows, implement SOPs and drive continuous process improvements.
Lead operational projects, system implementations and company initiatives.
Work closely with Management to execute business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure effective coordination between office departments and warehouse operations to support timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
Handle government-related matters, regulatory compliance, licences and operational documentation where required.
Analyse operational challenges, recommend practical solutions and implement corrective actions.
Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to Management.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers and government agencies where necessary.
Foster a professional, collaborative and performance-driven working environment.
Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience managing office operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead experienced and junior employees effectively.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience implementing SOPs, operational improvements, and business processes.
Experience dealing with government agencies, audits, grants, or regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
