AGrader Learning Centre is seeking a creative, passionate, and driven English Curriculum Developer to join our growing team. As we continue to expand and strengthen our curriculum offerings, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and committed to creating high-quality learning materials that positively impact students across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities as a Curriculum Developer/Writer:
Design, develop, and review English curriculum materials in alignment with the latest MOE English Language syllabus.
Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, model answers, teaching notes, and supplementary learning resources.
Review and enhance existing curriculum materials to improve effectiveness, clarity, and student engagement.
Ensure curriculum content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with MOE syllabus updates and examination requirements.
Leverage educational technology and AI tools where appropriate to enhance curriculum development processes.
Job Requirements:
NIE-trained or possess a recognised university degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Familiarity with the MOE English Language syllabus and assessment requirements.
Prior teaching experience in English at the Primary and/or Secondary level is preferred.
Experience in curriculum writing will be an advantage.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their fullest potential.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including teaching on at least one weekend day.
