Monday – Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM

Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM

What You'll Be Doing

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work alongside doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic rehabilitation care.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess patients and develop personalised occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for inpatient rehabilitation.

• Support patients in improving functional independence and activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Plan and implement therapy programmes for patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, dementia, and psychiatric conditions.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best rehabilitation outcomes.

• Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs), volunteers, and Occupational Therapists under conditional registration where applicable.

• Educate caregivers and families on rehabilitation techniques and home management strategies.

• Support departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and research projects.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring safe and effective patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

• Full AHPC Registration.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

• Passion for rehabilitation and improving patients' quality of life.

• Keen interest in neurological, musculoskeletal, dementia, and geriatric rehabilitation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Positive, compassionate, and patient-centred mindset.
