Baggage Operations Associate [Changi Airport] - Join us now* - #1168968

• Coordinate closely with the Baggage Coordinator (BC), Engineering, and the Baggage Control Room Supervisors to identify operational focus areas at the start of each shift within the Baggage Handling Area (BHA).

• Monitor and ensure that Ground Handling Agent (GHA) manpower levels are adequate to support arrival, departure, and transfer baggage operations.

• Prepare, compile, and submit operational reports and situation reports (SitReps) to the Baggage Coordinator for consolidation and reporting purposes.

• Ensure the Baggage Handling Area (BHA) is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition through close collaboration with Facilities Management (FM) External and other relevant stakeholders.

• Report facility, housekeeping, and maintenance issues to the Facilities Management Centre (FMC) and follow up on rectification actions where necessary.

• Facilitate and participate in joint inspections with stakeholders, together with Airside Support Officers or higher authorities.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth baggage operations and prompt resolution of operational issues.

• Support operational requirements and undertake any other ad hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Nitec in any field

• Class 3/A Licence

• Working hrs: Day Shift (830am-830pm), followed by Night Shift (830pm-830am) and rest 2 days.

• Location: Changi Airport

• Duration: 1 Year renewable contract
