REQUIREMENTS:

• ELECTRICAL - REQUIRED CERTIFIED ELECTRICAL LICENSE

• UTILITIES - REQUIRED BOILER CERTIFICATE / STEAM ENGINEER CERT

• MECHANICAL - ISO 9001/14001 & OSHA18001 environment

JOB SCOPES:

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on production and utility equipment to ensure smooth plant operations

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or utility-related issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime

• Conduct routine inspections of production lines, machines, and facility equipment to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently

• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors or engineers

• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects

• Perform equipment calibration, testing, and validation in accordance with company procedures

• Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented, including work orders, maintenance records, and spare parts usage

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations

• Maintain housekeeping standards in workshops, plant areas, and maintenance stores following 5S principles
